Hey, so i just started reducing my calories, I've always been overweight, and i long for a skinnier body, (girls will like that better...right?), i also want it for me though, i want to be able to be more active without passing out from exhaustion. If you want to add me i definitely need motivation and tips on healthy eating and excercise. I also have a Fitbit band, not sure how to use it though. My goal in the end is to lose 60lbs but i know it won't happen overnight. Thanks again!

Well Good Luck on your journey man. I hope and wish the best for you. If I can give one piece of advice. Remember this "What you eat in private you wear in public" What you eat is 90% of it and exercise is only 10%0
