I bought a vivofit with HRM, do you wear the HRM all day or just when exercising?
If I wear it just while exercising (insanity, bootcamp, treadmill zumba, yoga) will the calorie burn for those a two hours be fairly accurate?

Only wear the HRM when you're exercising (or when you want to track your heart rate). I've used my vivofit for a couple of months and have found the calorie burn to be fairly accurate.
Hope you enjoy using yours as much as I'm enjoying mine!0 -
Do not wear it all day, only for steady state cardio. It will be inaccurate for yoga, lifting, bootcamp, insanity, and zumba ... pretty much anything that has intervals, is based on low intensity activity such as dancing or yoga, etc. The science behind their caloric estimations does not support those activities.0
