Just about to start controlling my diet! Any tips?

    log accurately (use a food scale), stay on a deficit and keep moving
  • 1) Eat regularly no matter what. Your body must know that it will be fed. 2) Learn about food, become a food geek. 3) Have fun. Celebrate milestones.
