Need help to loss weight

hi everyone, am new here and hoping to loss a lot of weight. Am current 5"9,180lb and 24. Planning on dropping 20lb. Any advice would really be helpful. I eat healthy (at least I try to). Never smoke, or drink soda. And am few days into my low carb diet plan. Need some advice or encouragement.

    Oh wow we are twins :) same age, weight and height.
    What I'm doing is drinking 3liters of water every day, 1200 calories diet and I eat back what I lose working out (not sure if this is right though). I'm losing 1kg per week

    Hello I need some help I'm eating less calories than needed per day because counting calories is crazy for me so I'm off a few daily. I exercise very active. Height 67.3cm weight 137.8 eat about 1100-1200 calories a day but if I lose 1lbs this week I put it back on next week eating habits and exercise don't change. Can some help me only want to lose 15 lbs.

    If you dont have a food scale, get One sooner than later. Weigh ALL your food. Log ALL your food. If you log exercise, eat about half of those back. Try to stay under your Calorie goal, but no less than 1200. When you have a "bad" day, still log everything, brush it off and move on.

    *im still a semi newbie to this, but I've lost about 27 lbs since 12/22/14 using this method. I've made it through christmas, New Years, Valentine's, and days I've totally screwed up. *
