I am looking for some new friends and some motivation on here. I have videos and such but keep finding excuses not to use/do them. So if anyone wants to be friends on here and help each other lets do it. Anyone?

I'll send you a request. I work out every morning. I use Zumba with my xbox, I have the whole Sweatin' to the Oldies series and I also use Leslie Sansone's Walk Away the Pounds. I have a LOT of weight to lose and I am looking for friends to keep me motivated and accountable.0

You can do this! Sometimes playing stuff like Just Dance on the Wii seems more appealing than doing a workout video. I'm not saying that it can take the place of the workouts completely by any means, but it would be good to get you in the mood to start doing the videos0

Welcome to the crew. I have become more active in the last few months by doing taekwondo 2x a week, strong lifts 3 times a week and jogging 30 mins 1x a week and a 15 minute skip. I have lost more fat around my body instead of becoming lighter. My motto is "The scale is not your friend people". I am training for my black belt so it has all stepped up and I feel highly motivated and loving it. I have learned so much since being on mfp and am happy to have new people to connect with along the way.0
