Looking for some advice, i have 4-5 days a week were i can workout so i was wondering which is a better option. I'm currently doing doing full body 4 days a week and am seeing some nice weight loss and looser clothes lol.

Full body or an upper/lower (or push/pull) split is what I usually see recommended for beginners. From what I've read, the same kind of workouts are just as good long term. Body part splits are for more advanced lifters.0

^^ Good advice above. Most trainers recommend not working a muscle group on consecutive days, so doing full body 4 days a week wouldn't work. Note that applies to strength training with heavy weight. "Workout" is a vague term.0

I'm on a push/pull/legs split, it's worked well for me!0
