Hi. I gave birth on 26 nov 2014 And after birth my weight started to gain rather then the opposite, I was afraid i might be 76kg forever !
Beginning of feb I started a low crab diet along with walking and workout daily. I started to see the results. I used to be 45kg before pregnancy don't want to go back to that lol but would like to go down to 55kg. Now 61kg. It really helps if you have supportive friends or family members. If we can give birth losing weight is piece of cake! Just get rid of sugar in your life and you'll see the results. I did!
