Trouble with cheat days?

Am I the only one who feels like guilty after a "cheat meal/day" where you don't count macronutrients or calories and instead just go in blind, like eating at a restaurant or something?

not at all.haha.Its the same here. I just finished losing 95lbs and I swear its the scariest thing in the world. I feel like any little slip up will push me right back to where I was and I'll have to start all over again. But just remember its one meal/ day and as long as its used in portions and not all over the place i.e. a huge buffet it'll all be ok0
