Need suggestions on how to slowly and physically keep it off. It's been almost a year.

How long have you been trying to lose weight?
Do you use a food scale?
Do you log your food consistently and honestly?

    That's the problem.

It is necessary to be as consistent as possible when trying to lose weight. You need to log your food daily.

A food scale is important as well because that's the only way to know how much you are truly eating. Measuring cups/spoons are not accurate for anything other than liquids.

I suggest logging your food daily and purchasing a food scale. You can buy one from Amazon or a store like Bed, Bath, & Beyond.

    Honestly, you cannot spot reduce.

I would suggest looking into a lifting program like New Rules of Lifting for Women or Strong Lifts.

Lifting does amazing things for a woman's body. With hard work and dedication, you can totally reshape your body.
