I have been using MFP for some time and eating healthier for longer. However, I have not lost one single ounce. I am really struggling to maintain my motivation. I work out on average three times per week. I try to do at least 2 days of cardio (spin class and Zumba) and two days of weight lifting. Does anyone have any suggestions, tips, etc to jump start some weight loss??

Healthy eating and exercise do not result in weight loss. You need a calorie deficit for that. Are you logging and weighing everything you eat and drink?0

You must diligently eat at a deficit. Weigh and measure all food and drink and log everything you ingest.
Eating healthy will not help you lose if you are not eating at a deficit.0

You can exercise and eat healthy, but weight loss comes from a caloric deficit.0

How is your calorie deficit? Are you also hitting the targets for carb/protein/fat percentages? How are you determining your calorie burn during workouts?
