hello! Looking for support to finally stick with a weight loss program. Hoping to lose quite a bit of weight but have a hard time sticking with programs. Anyone else?

Discipline with eating and portioning food is the first step! As you gradually break the habit over a 15day period! You'll feel a difference and that would motivate you to go go go !!!! Good luck0
