How do I stay on track If I'm hungry all the time?.. I've come off track with this weight loss, I even ate breakfast and was still hungry.. I don't know how to keep motivated and not become hungry..

The key for me was eating healthy things that you actually enjoy, plan ahead and eat 5-6 small meals so you dont' go to long without eating something at first. Or you can exercise and eat the calories you earn, you will still lose the same amount of weight you would if you didn't exercise and didn't get those extra calories. Bottom line if you really want to do this you have to make sacrifices you don't have to starve yourself, but eating bad food is just going to slow you down and make this process longer and more of a pain in the *kitten*. It's a lifestyle change and you have to be ready for it. You can't half *kitten* it or you won't get results you want and you will give up in the end until you get sick of it again. Enough is enough right, you can do it!!!0
