...but only now am getting my information in the system. I guess if I am going to try to make this work I have to participate. My sister gets on my about doing my food diary. I have started with a different trainer and for 2 weeks he has me eating just broccoli and chicken with protein shakes....can someone really stick with this meal plan??
Weekends have always been the worse part of the week. Also, if I get on the scale on Friday and see that I have lost some weight I tend to think it is OK to "cheat" on the week end. Hard to keep the momentum going.
I hope trying this food/exercise diary keeps me faithful to the plan.

    My boss does this. she has her slip up but other than that she does just fine. I think you can do it. Got to stay tough!!
  • The food diary will work if you are looking to hold yourself accountable. I have days that I dont eat right but I log it and just workout harder and try to do better. Good luck and you can do it it's just up to you.
