so I've been put on antibiotics and I need to take it with food but i have to take it late at night so during meal times wont work. What type of foods would be low in calories but help so i wont get the side effects of being dizzy or anything like that

try a small amount of cheese...The Doctors say that cheese is the most healthy late night/midnight snack and doesnt harm your sleep0
