Upper body strengthening with foot injury

I was at the doctor today cause of a pain I have in my foot since Friday after my workout. She believes that it maybe a stress fracture or a strain in my foot. So I have to wear a "boot" and stay off of my feet as much as possible for at least the next week. My workouts usually consits of a lot of cardio.
So I was figuring while I'm unable to be on my feet I would work on my upper body strength, but I have no idea where to start. I could really use some advice. I can't put any pressure on my right foot until I'm cleared from the doctor.

Niner is right, you can use free weights and be seated or lying down throughout. I recently broke 2 toes during one of my fights, so I was instructed no cardio for 4 weeks until it was better. I went on Bodybuilding.com, and used Jamie Eason's program, which mostly focuses on free weights. Noticed a difference in my muscle endurance and strength in the 4 weeks.0
