I was at the doctor today cause of a pain I have in my foot since Friday after my workout. She believes that it maybe a stress fracture or a strain in my foot. So I have to wear a "boot" and stay off of my feet as much as possible for at least the next week. My workouts usually consits of a lot of cardio.
So I was figuring while I'm unable to be on my feet I would work on my upper body strength, but I have no idea where to start. I could really use some advice. I can't put any pressure on my right foot until I'm cleared from the doctor.

Seated exercise options. Every upper body part can be done seated or lying.

Niner is right, you can use free weights and be seated or lying down throughout. I recently broke 2 toes during one of my fights, so I was instructed no cardio for 4 weeks until it was better. I went on Bodybuilding.com, and used Jamie Eason's program, which mostly focuses on free weights. Noticed a difference in my muscle endurance and strength in the 4 weeks.
