I started my freshman year last August and this entire year I've struggled with going to the gym and eating healthy. I've found myself saying "oh I'll work out tomorrow" but then saying the same thing the next day and never actually going to the gym, and slowly I started gaining weight. I need someone t help me stay motivated and make sure I go run or lift, or go do some physical activity. If anyone would be willing to help me I would really appreciate it.
