Eat what you want\what works for you within your calorie and macro goals.

There is nothing magic about this (really boring) menu. It also seems to be really lacking in green veggies.

    How do you prepare meals?
Get some crackers or bread and some cheese/ meat/ nuts. Also fresh or canned fruits and veggies.
The PT needs to work with your needs rather than give you the same guidelines he gives everyone else.
Is there a good reason for you to be eating nine or so times a day????
Congrats on your weight loss

Basic gym "bro" diet. It's probably his diet. Don't be shocked if your current workout is his workout too.

I try to prepare my next day food at home, but if im on a night out I usually just get cold meat from tesco or something.

eating 9 times a day or what ever it is, i think its because my shifts are around 13-15 hours

Oat cakes are like biscuit things, egg yolks not entirely sure cholesterol?

Im starting to think I might go different trainer :/

Yeah, this is what i was going to say.

Seems like typical "just eat protein protein protein" and "plain chicken" and "soo much protein powder" and "you must eat X times a day!" stuff.

As far as i know just personal trainers are not trained in nutrition and he probably does not have the education or experience to be giving you a meal plan or diet advice at all.

If the actual training program suits you, then i say stick with him for that. But as far as the diet goes, you should be good to do your own thing. Stick to a deficit, eat enough protein to hit your macro goal, and eat foods you think you maintain for a lifetime. No sense in eating a diet that you cant maintain.

    good luck!

What do you like to eat?

Eat that to your calorie allowance with an eye on protein

Personally I'd be making big batches of stuff when I'm home and taking portions on the road with me either in a flask or get something to heat up stuff whilst on the road - and I wouldn't be following a set diet from someone else

I agree with the above posters.

Eat what you want and what fits into your goals.

Personally I try not to even bring up my diet with my trainer. He's on the low-carb wagon.

He made a joke today. He asked me when can we go out for a milkshake together, and I answered when you stop complaining about carbs. Lol I think he was disappointed...
