t25 but not losing weight

I just finished 10 weeks of t25. I lost 6lbs at the beginning but nothing since. My measurements have not changed since then either. I did t25 a year ago and lost 12lbs. I followed the diet but felt starving shaky lightheaded etc. This time I didn't follow it. I'm not a soda drinker or junk food eater at all. I was vegan but started eating meat last year. Today I started t25 over but now I'm doing 2 videos a day. I am stronger and I had a herntiated disk in my lumbar area that was very painful. Now it feels great and I know its because of t25. Not sure why no weight/inches lost. Any ideas?

Because you aren't eating at a deficit. It doesn't matter how healthy the food you are eating is, if you are aren't burning more calories than you are eating, you won't lose weight. Are you weighing all solids and measuring all liquids? Using accurate database entries? Can you open your diary?

Possibly your body is getting too efficient with the workout and you should look at switching it out for something new? I did T25 after Christmas and found after a couple of weeks it was way too easy even after 1hr of lifting in the morning.

Weight loss is mostly (80%, some people say even more) about eating at a calorie deficit. If you do not have much to lose, it may take a while before you have lost inches or weight with exercise alone.

Can't out train a bad diet. Doesn't matter how many vids you do if you aren't eating at a deficit the weight isn't going to come off. Like mirrim52 said make sure you are accurately tracking your intake. If you are and the weight isn't coming off reduce intake until it does. Check your approximate TDEE via a calculator and start at 80% of that.

It is not just you. I have been doing t25, started in the winter, and have noticed a few pounds difference (7 pounds only) However, since I added running now that it is nice out again, I have noticed inches lost. So maybe try more cardio, and have your strength training only 2-3 days a week?
