    You can totally do it just add cardio to your routine and don't give up!

    I stop counting calories for like two months and I gained back 10 pounds suxx so bad !

    Yea... that is going to happen. It's easy to fall back into your old habits. I was on here for a year and lost 60 lbs then stopped tracking and gained almost all of it back. Just keep your head up!

    The good news is that those 10 you just gained should come off pretty quickly...you didn't let them settle! You know what you need to do, it's good you are getting right back on track!

    Same happened to me...I lost 27, stopped tracking and gained most of it back. I had to come to the realization that I'll need to track what I eat all the time. I liken it to how we track our finances. If we spent all we wanted and didn't track and plan, we'd all be broke! Same goes for our fitness...if we eat what we want or guess is healthy, we're going to gain weight.

    This is why I am still tracking. This is my 1000th day of tracking. I hit maintenance at around 265 days, but I do not want to start over. It takes me 5 minutes a day to log. It's worth it to me.
