I have been working out like a crazy woman and the scale isn't moving. Plus I am below my calories every day. UGH!
I just started tracking my food a week ago. I just don't understand what I am doing wrong.

One week isn't enough, give it time
The key for weight loss is accuracy and consistency of logging. Are you using a food scale?0 -
What the other lemon said!
But if you want overall advice, do you use a food scale to log your food? Can you open your diary? Also, with only 15 lbs to go, you should only be aiming to lose 1 lb per week max. Also, do you exercise and if so, do you eat back those calories?
And lastly, you want to try something for 4-6 weeks before you adjust. Your body naturally fluctuates in terms of weight.0 -
We all would love to see the changes after just a week, but it is not going to happen. Give your body time to do the work it has to do.0

Do not trust scales to monitor your progress. Use photos and measurements.0
