I've completely cut breads from my diet for about 3 months now, but I miss sandwiches. These are low fat and 140 calories I think. I've heard mixed feed back on wheat bread bc of "wheat belly". To eat them or to keep all breads out of my diet? Thoughts?

Most people can eat wheat without issues. I have no idea if you are one of them. If I want bread, I log the calories and eat it. It has not impacted my weight loss.

janejellyroll is right, avoiding wheat is just a fad.

I don't see why that bread is different from others (2 large slices of bread is ~200 calories and nearly all bread is low fat) but if you like it why not?

I eat "sandwiches" once or twice a day (sometimes breakfast sandwiches, sometimes hamburger/bun for dinner, wraps, tacos, etc.) I haven't had any trouble losing. Add it back in slowly. As long as you don't have an intolerance to gluten, or celiac disease, you should be fine. Carbs tend to help people retain water, so one net effect of stopping certain carbs is water weight loss. It's all personal, & I refuse to simply eliminate a staple from my diet if I don't have to.
I use the Arnold pocket thins - 100 cal for a half. I also LOVE the fiber one wraps -- 80 cal, lots of fiber, good size, & soft so it wraps well. I can only find them in one store, so I stock up in the freezer when I buy them.
I do mostly use whole or multi grain breads, so that at least I'm getting a little more nutrition for it when I eat it.
