I've been reading a lot recently about the benefit of yoga, and want to give it a go. Only problem is, as I am someone who likes to move a lot when I'm exercising, I'm worried I'd get bored doing a full class. I've tried to find yoga videos online, but I'm not really sure what I'm doing, and what the difference between real yoga and just stretching.

Can anyone give me any ideas for videos I could try out to see if I can get hooked?

Try the DoYogaWithMe website for free videos. Try a few different styles and see what you like.

As a total beginner it would be advisable to join a beginner class to make sure you are positioning yourself and breathing correctly, etc. to ensure you do not injure yourself.

Doyogawithme website is great. Yoga with Adrienne on youtube along with Leslie Fightmaster on Youtube are my two favorites and they have stuff for all levels.
