I saw a 1 in the beginning

I stepped on the scale this morning and saw a big surprise. I weigh 199.

It's been a long, long, long time since I've seen the 100's and not the 200's.

    Congratulations, that's fantastic! You should be so proud of yourself.:drinker: That's how I set my mini goals, I wanted to get into the "50's" , 40's etc, they were much easier to obtain!

    After 2 years of really working hard to take back my health, every time I break a number (today I saw a 7), it is a surprise and it is important to me.

    I had not been in the 170's since high school. Relish every success and push through the difficulties (no one said this would bs easy).

    Been hovering around the 200 mark for a couple of weeks now, but I am rough and tough so I know I will make it. Besides my wife hates it when I cry.

    Anyway, great job, and just get rid of that part of the scale that starts with 2. You're not going to need it anymore.

    I will see the 100's again in 15 lbs!!! I am freaking out about it....its also been WAY TOO LONG since I have seen the 100's. So I know how you feel, GREAT JOB!!! Keep it up :)
