I'm losing too much weight in my legs n butt I really want to focus on my stomach area I run in intervals n do weights wat should I do bout my stomach

    There is no such thing as "targeting" for weight loss. You sound like you are an "apple" body type. Bigger upper body/smaller lower, Which means you will lose in you lower half and when that is done, you will lose in your upper half. It just takes patience. Don't be afraid of strength training and ab workouts to boost your loss. Strength training is just as imperative as cardio whe losing.

    Sounds like you're working you cardio and toning. Are you doing any exercises for your trunk?
