    Stop at grocery stores instead of gas stations for snacks to buy fresh fruit, yogurt and veggies!

    Hi everyone,
    Just posting my weekly weigh in. Not too happy with the scale this week, (gained 1lb) but it's my time of the month where I feel bloated, heavy, crampy (ladies you know what I mean) so i'm not worried...Have a great week everyone!
