    What others have said, and also a lot of Kashi products have a ton of fibre. The GoLean cereal I have most mornings has 10g for 1c. (add in some fruit and you've got over half of your day done!).

    Well since no one has specifically mentioned berries [strawberries, raspberries, blackberries], they are also good sources of fiber.

    Apples are number 1 on my list, though.

    If you are near a Trader Joe's they have Secrets of the Psyllium, inexpensive, and no calories. I just stir into water or vitamin water before bed.

    I was having the same probelm.. i wasnt able to get enough fiber but i have been doing sooooo much better lately! :) yayay

    oatmeal! (my personal fav) :)
