New and Eating Too Fast

Hi it's my first day of tracking. Im a healthy weight, but would like to improve my overall health and body. I realized as I was eating dinner that I was very hungry and Ended up EATIG too quickly and was full before I knew it and now I feel sluggish and unhappy with myself. I was wondering if anybody had any advice for someone who eats too fast when they're really hungry

    No advice. Fast eater here. Sometimes a cup of hot tea with dinner helps.

    I eat fast too...I have found taking papaya enzymes after dinner helps me.

    I've always eaten fast. Haven't found a solution yet, though I occasionally remember to try mindful eating-got the idea watching HBO's The Weight of the Nation.

    Try adding something spicy that you like. For me, that would be horseradish for red meat and wasabi for fish. These can add a nice bite and make me stop on each bite to work through the flavor. Thermogenic effect too!
