Day 3

It's been three days since I've started tracking my food and I'm finding it really helps me to stay motivated to eat right, but I'm wondering how long I can keep it up. Some days my energy at the gym is not so great, but it's too know if my calorie and macro goals are right for me. Hoping to be able to hang in for at least a month so I can get a better grasp on what works.

    I tracked my food for year, then went back to school and fell off the wagon. I am on day 2, we can do it!
