Exercise has many tall tales and empty promises that go along with it. It cannot make you healthier. Health and fitness are TWO SEPARATE AND DIFFERENT THINGS.

Marathoners have THE MOST coronary heart disease of ALL athletes. ALL you need for reduced mortality is a 4 MPH WALK for about one mile or so most days a week......

You will NOT live longer from strenuous exercise..... MYTH!!!!!!!!!

    I hate to break it to you, but ALL of our hearts are going to stop beating one day. You may choose to expend those heartbeats however you like, but speaking for myself I'd prefer to use them up in the pursuit of something that gives me great joy and personal satisfaction. In other words, by running. :)
