Can't walk past a mirror without a flex.

Once you start seeing results, how hard is it to walk past a mirror and not look at the those results, or look for new results?? I can't lie... Whenever I walk into my bathroom in the morning I have to lift my shirt and give the abs a peak.. Anyone else guilty?? What are you most proud of?

Good for you, I'm sure you've worked hard for those abs! I enjoy the smaller clothes for sure!0

Nice one :-) I'm nowhere near the abs and flexing, but I do like to note how much less butt there is :-)0

I was guilty before I lost the weight but now it's worth lookin' at!
I'm still at the "I have abs when they catch the light just so" phase, and I have been known to spend so long in changing rooms that the assistant knocks on the door to check I'm ok.
It's my back and shoulders I always catch in the mirror. On Sunday I was cycling and it was difficult not to watch my quads. How I went that whole day without crashing, I have no idea!

I don't have muscles and I'm nowhere near goal, but I'm seeing changes, so I check myself out more than I probably should, to look for tiny changes. Any shiny surface will do!0

Lol. A few weeks ago I noticed that my calf muscles were visible so, yeah, I jump up on the edge of the tub to see them once in a while (pleading the fifth as to a definition of "once in a while".)0
