hi im looking hoe to count my calories, like how do I find how many calories are in an apple or an egg? Please help

  Buy a scale to weigh the food and MFP has an extensive database of foods. Search your food, input the weight from your scale... Calories and nutrients calculated for you.

  The egg calories/nutrition label is on the egg carton, usually on the back/ ends or inside the lid of the egg carton.
