Hi :)

My nutrition still needs a lot of work. Just curious if anyone has any high protein breakfast ideas please?

I've been having a full english frittata which is 402 calories and gives 24g protein (but easily upped with more meat/eggs) and only 4g carbs.

Ingredients for above details 4 portions: Sausages (6), bacon rashers (4), mushrooms (250g), 50g cherry tomatoes, 6 eggs.

Fry the meat and then add the vegetables, once these are cooked pour in 6 whisked eggs and leave to set. Once the top is almost set put your pan under the grill until the top is set too and you're done! It reheats well and you can keep it for a couple of days in the fridge.

    1.Eggs and lean bacon

2.Cottage cheese mixed with yoghurt and fruit.

3.Oats with protein powder mixed in.

4.Greek yoghurt with fruit and a little granola sprinkled on top for crunch.

american cheese or portion of feta cheese
    english muffin of choice.
    215 - 345 calories. Roughly 33g protein.

I commonly eat a vegetable omelet with either cottage cheese or plain 2% greek yogurt on the side to increase the protein. Sometimes also fruit.

I have an egg wrap every morning. 1 egg, 1 white, low carb wrap, tablespoon bacon crumble and 2% cheese. It is 22g protein and around 200 calories.

Not recipes or dishes but a protein chart to help you deciding on ingredients maybe.

I struggle with this as well. I want options that include meat but not a lot of sodium. It seems that all of the breakfast meat products add a ton of sodium (which I need slightly extra of on longer run days but not a ton).

Eggs, Greek yogurt and fruit, or cottage cheese with fruit or veggies are all my go-to's. I NEED a protein and fat breakfast. Something carby/starchy isn't filling for me.

Small sirloin cooked the night before. Or refried beans with some cheese and salsa.
