Holy crap, I want to eat something but I'm already near the end of my calories for today. This app has really helped. I'm only three days in but has made me think about what I eat.

    Sugar free popcicles have saved my calorie counts more than once. Only 15 calories, a bit of sweet, and I can chew the ice. :)

    I've always had trouble eating late at night. I used to eat a bowl of ice cream with toppings or plate of cheese and pepperoni, or other hi-cal foods. Now, I try to have 100calorie snacks available. I enjoy sugar free fudgecycles(40cal), popcorn, yogurt so I eat them. After midnight is still the hardest time for me but feel better knowing how many calories I'm eating.

    @cheekitty‌ good idea. That's the tough part. You want to grub but have to input those calories! I'll have to think about buying some.

    @jules6669mfp‌ that sounds really good lol. I started having bananas and just trying to knock out before I start grubbing on something. The wife will also help by having cut up fruit. Good luck!
