do you mean your food diary?

Yes it will adjust to include any purposeful exercise you enter, but you can correct the calories by double clicking on them before you press enter

if you mean based on weight loss, yes so long as you haven't changed your goals to manual

The Cardiovascular Calories burned are calculated based on height and weight at the time they are logged into your Exercise Diary.

We calculate your exercise calories using your profile statistics, and exercise effort values knows as "METs." Because your specific statistics are part of the equation, your calories burned will vary if you gain or lose weight, and will be different from other users of the site.
