I'm curious to know what, if any thermogenic supplements you take. How do you take them? Everyday, workout days or resting days?

    The very few calories which may be burned from supplementing them in no way justifies their purchase or use. As Lis said "hard work is free!"

    Hard work and clean calorie concious eating is always the key for sure... but the occasional thermo in the mix has helped me when I've hit a plateau. I've had good luck with ProSupps DNPX as well as Ubervita W700. A lot of people get jittery though, so you may want to try other options out there like some basic pre-workout on/off throughout the week when you're headed to the gym. You can cut down on the potency to find what works best for you.
