hi everyone. I've tried lots of crazy diets. All work but only temporarily. Looking to stick to something I can live with - including exercise. :)

    Awesome, this app has helped me do that, along with an exercise program that works for me. I'd say look for things that work for you, not for others and you'll find it. I've recently started appreciating what I have and it's helping. You can do it!

    Thank you. Won't lie, I've tried it before but I wasn't consistent and the app was not as good as it is now. I can even find a salad from my local supermarket. That's awesome. Good luck. :D

    Find out what diets you were most successful with and make see where you went wrong, make needed changes. It takes time but it'll workout eventually.
