My doctor just wrote me a prescription for this. Was just wondering if anyone on here has ever taken it? (please note that I said my DOCTOR prescribed it, therefore she must know at least somewhat, what she is doing so I don't need a lecture on drugs and blah blah blah. all I want to know, is if you've taken it, and how it worked for you). Thank you :)

    Yep. It was represented to me as an appetite suppressant. Didn't work for me, basically just stopped me up (no-poopin') for the 2-weeks I gave it to work. Kinda seemed to kill my appetite by stopping my bowels. Sad bit of that was that I ended-up adding a few pounds trying to keep food outta my mouth. Like many folks, I wasn't eating because I was hungry, I was eating because I like to eat and/or I was bored, so this pill wouldn't'a done much for me anyway. (read this as = "new doctor", for me anyway).

    I believe that I may have had other results if I had been better about drinking water at the time (and not so much diet cola).

    It was prescribed for me too several years ago. It did nothing for me. no side effects and no weight loss either.

    I just started taking it 6 days ago and am already down 3 lbs. I feel great and have been following a strict diet. How did it work for you? Curious about real people's results :)
