Life changing decision

Hi. I am finally committed to make a change in the way I exercise and I would like to get any tips or supporters to help accomplish this.

    Keep focused. Make manageable changes. Allow room for treats/eating out. Incorporate exercise every other day. And build a support system.

    Recent studies show that exercise will bring hormones back in balance that trigger hunger and satiety.

    You can add all the friends you want by clicking on their names. I'm very involved in support with and from MFP friends. There are some groups to join, but all I've found in them is friends to add instead. Send me a request if you are interested in Support.
