If you're 5'1 or 5'2 how many calories do you net to lose weight?

At 5'2", I have lost weight when I cut my calories to 1400, because eating at 1200 gave me absolutely no energy for the day whatsoever. I'm currently maintaining at 1900-2050 (I would say I'm also pretty active)0

Were you eating foods high in sodium? Was your water intake enough? Lots of factors effect how your weight will show on a scale. Just keep doing what you're doing and the weight will come off. Also make sure to weigh all your food to be sure that that is how many calories you're eating
