Hi everyone,

New here and hoping to get new and improved...and stay that way since I've lost weight before only to gain it with a vengeance.

I can use all the support I can get and hope I'll help vice versa.

I'm 5'2 and 175 ish. Goal: at least 145lb or less.

    I'm 30 5'9 and 185. My goal is to loose 32 pounds by summer. Add me, I'm in need of extra motivation.

    Looking to lose 50 pounds - after having kids baby weight is no longer an excuse!! You can do this good luck!!

    add me if you'd like. 5'10 M, started at 245 a couple years ago and plateaued/settled around 200. I started again this january, now down to 183. Want to get to 160 by mid June
