hi everyone..was wondering if anyone knew what is best for aiding weight lose and toning...walking or cycling..:smile:

    Both! Switch it up every now and again to keep your body guessing! I bike, walk, use the elliptical, Zumba, do videos, and workout on the wii (not so much anymore, getting too easy) so I don't get bored.

    If we have a really nice day, we'll take the bikes out. If it is a little too windy or cool for a ride, we'll walk. Just depends on the day.

    Probably not exactly what you're looking for, but I don't believe that there is one best weight loss tool! The main point is to stay active! :flowerforyou: :drinker:

    I do both and in my opinion if you are exercising for 1 hour walking has more benefit. If you have 2 or more hours to exercise biking is best for calorie burning. It takes me 30 minutes or more to warm up my muscels when biking.
