30 day shred! whose completed it?

I'm on day 5, and the only part i really find hard it the PUSH UPS! Haha I am SUCH a girl, I can only do about 3 of the girl versions that the blonde girl does on the video.

Who has done it and has seen results? Did you lose weight?
I'm doing it in with my regular 5 spinning classes a week and 3x yoga and walking every day!

    ive done the 30 days am on my 2nd round of it now, ive lost inches off legs, arms, butt and boobs have shrunk dramatically, also i do hr's walking a day so thats obviously contributed to loss as well:smile:

    I've finished the 30 day shred and lost inches more then anything. I lost the weight I have before I started it but after the 30DS I lost pants sizes and toned a lot of areas such as my biceps, inner thighs, shoulders, and thighs!!!! I'm about to start it over on Monday and hope to see some more of those results.

    I lost 4lbs and about 8 inches. it really helped my strength and endurance.

    Oh, yeah! I finished it!!! There are before and after pictures posted in my blog, feel free to go take a peek. I did the program as designed, working out every day with no breaks between... I lost less than 5 pounds, but I dropped 9 inches between my bust waist and hips. I love Jillian! :D

    3 rounds and 30 lbs and over 30 inches.
    1.5 rounds of Ripped in 30 and that was another 15 lbs and 10 inches.
    I also ran/biked 60-90 minutes a day and used JM's other DVD's when I thought I needed more.
    Currently using Zumba and longer distance running to hopefully get the last 10 lbs off.

    im on day 23 and after 2 levels id lost 5 lb and 8 inches in total and still got another week to go.

    Just started level 3, ive lost 6lbs and about 7inchs. and my body is much mroe toned. Dont worry the pushups get much easier. and about day 5 of each level, once you hit it youll feel like youve masteered it!

    I love Jillian, I completed it and I feel stronger and i am so much more toned. Now I switch up the exercises everyday level 1, level 2, level 3, then start over. When I go back and do Level 1, I can't believe how much stronger I've become! Now I am throwing in Jillian's six week six pack, it is a toughy but I'm getting better everyday!
