Rebounding (Trampoline) Workouts

I'm using a rebounder to work out each day, and I love it. Less stress on my knee and hip, and i can really work up a sweat. Anyone else using one?

    no, but I have a trampoline at home. I need to utelize it more!

    I do, Not jumping on it just walking as I have a knee replacement. I use it with "Walk it Out" WII game. Love it. You can find the game on Amazon.com.

    Bumping an old thread!! I have dusted off my rebounder!!! Anyone know how many calories you burn in a 30 min session????

    I have a rebounder for my Pilates reformer. Man, does that just shred your abs!

    Bump I need more info about this because it looks like fun and would be so hard on knees. Does anyone know aboutthe cal burn or do we need to check it out with hrm? Thanks!
