Rebounding (Trampoline) Workouts

I'm using a rebounder to work out each day, and I love it. Less stress on my knee and hip, and i can really work up a sweat. Anyone else using one?

I do, Not jumping on it just walking as I have a knee replacement. I use it with "Walk it Out" WII game. Love it. You can find the game on Amazon.com.0

Bumping an old thread!! I have dusted off my rebounder!!! Anyone know how many calories you burn in a 30 min session????
