Hey so I am completely new to this. I have a goal of losing 60 pounds. Everyday I plan to eat only 1,200 calories and walk for an hour.

    Welcome! first I suggest to you to go to the gym, and if your goal only to lose weight you just need to do 40mins cardio everyday and track your macros 1g carbs 1.5g protein 0.5 fat times your current weight.
