Anyone else here doing Insanity and not barely seeing the scale move? I've been doing it for a month now and lost almost 4lbs. I am known to be a yoyo dieter , so I didn't know if that had anything to do with it?

Four pounds in a month is actually good.

Have you been taking body measurements also?

A pound a week==> "barely move" ... unrealistic expectations much?

Diet. Exercise means virtually nothing to losing weight ... yet we read nothing about your diet/nutrition in your post. Hmm ...

Congrats on doing Insanity! I made it through 7 weeks (including recovery week) and then got ill, and am still working my way back up to start the second level from the beginning.

I agree with Queen E above, it would be worth tracking your measurements and body fat percentage (you can calculate this here: http://www.bmi-calculator.net/body-fat-calculator/) to get a a better idea of how you're progressing. And yes, consistency in your diet will be key - have you had a look at Shaun T's nutritional guide?

A pound a week is great though, that's a sustainable and healthy way to lose weight. Don't be discouraged  Keep it up!

No I have not. I've been wanting too , just haven't gotten around to getting a measuring tape. Ive been exercising 5-6 days a week and have cleaned up my diet quite a bit (and my portions). Thank you to everyone who has been kind, I appreciate it:)

As @SergeantSausage‌ says, a pound a week is pretty good and a reasonable goal. He's also right about diet with regards to weightloss.

Are you accurately logging all of your calorie intake? Weighing/measuring your food? Can you open your diary up for review?
