Crazy...I started at 205 about 15 years ago and I am down to 117. So percentage-wise, I would say I am down a whole person.

I have lost 6.25%, aiming for 45% -50% goal. Very slow going, but mostly down to lack of consistency.

About 19% since last July; I'm down about 29% from my highest weight. About 6-10 lbs. of fat to lose, then I hope to gain 10 lbs. of muscle. (That will take awhile.)

    I've just realised I've lost 23.3%

(And I'm now just over 75% of the person I was 9 months ago)

    You?

    First, congratulations and nice work...

Second, holy crap, I hadn't done this in a while.... I've lost 41.8 % and am 58% of the person I was 15 months ago. Great post - this really put things into perspective for me this AM...

I have lost 36% of my body weight. I've lost over 1/3 of my former self! Actually would like to hit the 50% mark, I think.

I've lost 11% and my goal is 48%. I've got mixed feelings on this. My mind sees 11 as such a small number even though that 11 means 33lb, which is a good chunk of weight.

I've lost 37.6% of my maximum weight. I have maintained this for over a year too. I am not gonna allow my self to get back even close to 200 ever again.

Congrats on your success so far. Losing 10% of your body weight has already given you:
    • A healthier heart (lower cholesterol and BP)
    • Lower risk of Type 2 Diabetes
    • Lower risk of sleep apnea
    • More energy
    • Proof to yourself that you CAN do it.
