I'm super proud of where I have came. I still have a lot to go but I'm doing great.

Cardio: 1 hour a day, 6 days a week
Weighlifting: 45 minutes a day, 3-4 days a week

I don't diet or juice or anything that WE SHOULDN'T DO AS HUMANS.

I eat healthy, that's all. I eat clean. I still eat carbs and I still eat what I want, as long as it's not processed or high in sugar or sodium.

If I can do this, anyone can!
