Hello!!
My name is Jessie and I'm 26yrs old, 5'4", and currently 161lbs.
Just a quick snipit of my story for the boards, if you'd like to read more check out my blog please!!

Long story short, I've always been bigger than my friends... ballooned to 217lbs (maybe higher I stopped weighing myself)
through many fad diets and years of struggling I dropped to 166, but NOW I'm fully committed to doing this the RIGHT WAY!!
After 2 weeks into my new journey and 1 week with MFP I have lost 5lbs ALREADY!!!
Here are my pictures (in my before picture I had already lost 17lbs)... In the current picture I was 166lbs.
LET'S INSPIRE EACH OTHER!!!

Awesome job!!
Also, I have a similar body type to yours. Have you done any exercises to target your lower ab area? I have the same little pouch and it appears to go no where despite my weight loss. Damn genetics. lol I've read that it's just going to be overall weight loss. Please let me know if you have any tips and feel free to add me!0 -
