hey guys, am on weight loss/fitness journey and am so use to doing it myself, a few years ago I lost 5 1/2 stone and was well on my way to becoming fit and healthy, I even quit smoking, however I wuld be prone to depression and this again took its toll and slowly but surely over the past year I've put all the weight back on, 1 positive is ive never started smoking again! Am looking some support and motivation, especially from like minded peeps x
