What I am doing to improve my health is exercising regularly so that I make progress in strength, balance, agility and endurance. Eating better to 1) stop gaining weight, 2) start losing weight 3) make progress on eating healthier. I would like to have a schedule that allows me to take care of things better.

I am a public health major, so for me good health really is all about overall well-being, not just the absence of disease.
I have not had "problems" associated with my weight other than being fat. I just don't want to be fat anymore!!

I completely overhauled my eating habits and added a faithful exercise routine :)
